Failing to wear an SPF (sun care) for sure! Especially living in New Zealand, where the sun is so damaging to our skin. There is a common misconception about the use of SPF and the importance of wearing it daily. What we see happens when this is neglected, is that as time goes on, pigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles start to form due to the sun damage breaking down the collagen and elastin.
