Welcoming the NQ Spa Club, our new loyalty program that rewards you for choosing Nicola Quinn time and time again.

As a Bronze, Silver or Gold NQ Spa club member, you will be treated to a gift box 4 times a year that includes products you love, new samples to try, and a gift voucher for you to splurge on products or treatments of your choice.


Each season (four times a year) at Bronze, Silver or Gold Status, you will receive an email prompting you to collect your NQ Spa Club Gift Box that includes products and a Gift Voucher. It is completely up to you how you spend your quarterly Gift Voucher – stock up on products or indulge in a treatment, the choice is yours!

Your status is determined by your last 12 months spend at the clinic. You will have two weeks from the date of the email to collect your NQ Spa Club Gift Box from the spa.*

Spa Club Tiers


Every one dollar you spend on products and or treatments equals one point. Your status is determined by your annual spend/number of points you have accumulated over the past 12 months and re-calculated every quarter. For example, your current status for this quarter will be based on your spend at the spa on treatments and products between 15th April 2018 – 15th April 2019.*


Goodbye Thank you dollars. Hello NQ Spa Club.

The NQ Spa Club will replace the Thank You Dollars rewards programme. From 15/05/2019 you will no longer accumulate Thank You dollars on your Nicola Quinn account.

Still have Thank You Dollars on your account? Never fear, you can still use these until 15/05/2020 or when they were due to originally expire.

  1. Spend for the past year (and determination of tier status) will be calculated by spend over 12 months prior to each of the following quarterly dates: 30th April 2019, 31st July 2019, 31st October 2019, 31st January 2020.
  2. Total spend for the past 12 months will include and combine both treatment and in-store product purchases under your name, and cannot be combined with other people’s accounts.
  3. Amendments cannot be made to the past 12 month spend for each quarter, for example, future purchases and treatments cannot be considered and included in this period.
  4. Total spend for the past 12 months must fall above the minimum amount for each tier to be included, and the client will remain in that tier category for the next quarter, after which the spend will be recalculated. Your tier status may change each quarter, based on your spend for the past 12 months.
  5. “Christmas Gift” value will be determined based on the category tier status you have on 31st October 2019.
  6. “Spa Gift Boxes” must be collected in store at Nicola Quinn Beauty & Day Spa (Merivale), within two weeks of email notification. Gift boxes will not be sent out, and will not be held for more than two weeks for collection.
  7. Quarterly Spa Gift Vouchers (for Bronze, Silver and Gold status members) will be issued as a regular Gift Voucher with a 6-month validation. This cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be redeemed at 209-211 Nicola Quinn Beauty & Day Spa.
