Yay, you’ve taken the first step towards a glowing complexion. If you sign up online, we will email you within 1 working day to arrange your first appointment. If you skin up in-clinic, we will arrange your first appointment then and there.

During your first appointment, we will do an OBSERV Skin Scan to help us understand your skins needs. We will then develop a customised treatment plan and book you in for your next 11 monthly facials. Don’t worry, you can always reschedule these, but we book up super speedy so need to get you booked in to secure your monthly treatment.

Receiving one facial or skincare treatment may have a positive impact on your skin, but it likely won’t leave you with the complexion of your dreams. The reason being that your fitness and skincare objectives both require time and consistency for best results–that’s why a skin membership is fantastic for your skin. Regular treatments achieve glowing, healthy skin.

Chemical peels have been around for a long time for good reason—they work.  The peel process involves applying an acidic solution to the skin to remove the very top layers of the skin cells, to bring out clear, glowing and regenerated skin below. They range in levels and strength and can help improve acne scars, skin tone and texture, diminish fine lines and wrinkles, and reduce the effects of sun damage. After a thorough cleansing of the face, the peel is applied with a brush for a short time –  a tingling or hot sensation is normal. Goodbye dullness, hello glowing skin!

Both our Essential and Premium membership have a 12-month term. When you sign up, you pay for your first treatment up front plus one weekly installment, then 7 days later start your weekly payments for the duration of 47 weeks.

Let us know if you plan to be away and we can ensure you still have 12 facials over the 12-month period.

We advise against gifting a skin membership due to its 12-month commitment, which cannot be exchanged for other treatments. Instead, gift a skin membership to yourself!
