Centred on relaxation, using light to medium pressure, this classic massage will take you on an aromatic journey using essential oils to increase blood flow, decrease muscle toxins and reduce stress.

This full body massage is aimed at the deep tissue structures of the muscles, the pressure used will generally be more intense as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension.

During all pregnancy stages, our massage therapists take extra care to ensure the mother and baby are comfortable and safe during a pregnancy massage – focusing on the back and limbs and reducing discomfort in these areas.

Although it isn’t a substitute for proper diet and exercise, massage can lower levels of cortisol, which is the “stress-eating” hormone that can make weight gain more likely. Because of this, massage is an excellent addition to your weight loss journey.
