Position:

Clinic Coordinator/ Receptionist – 16-30 hours per week

As a Clinic Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Opening and closing of the spa
• Managing client bookings
  Processing online orders
• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the spa
• Organising schedules
• Building good relationships with therapists and clients
• General administration

To excel in this role, we are looking for applicants with industry knowledge and has previous experience as a beauty therapist or similar admin role.

You will also need to be well presented and enjoy a fun working environment while having an understanding of providing a 5-star service to our clients each and every visit.
