NQ Rewards is our loyalty system. Nicola Quinn rewards customers by giving you a $50 for every $600 spent.
To get NQ Rewards you have to be signed up as a customer at Nicola Quinn Beauty & Day Spa. Once signed up every time you make a purchase, linked to your account, it adds to your accumulated balance. When you have accumulated (spent) $600 you will receive a $50 credit on your account for your next purchase.

Yes! Even if you can’t physically come and see us, you can still earn NQ Rewards for all your online skincare purchases.
We will notify you when you have a $50 credit and help you spend it on another retail item / help you go shopping. Tip: Ensure you are logged in to your account online to link the purchase to your account, prior to finalising the transaction.
NQ Rewards can be redeemed on all treatment and product purchases made at RRP. You have to redeem your $50 credit as a whole.
The $50 cannot be split. At the moment, you can only redeem your NQ Rewards in the clinic.

Yes, NQ Rewards expire after 18 months. They also immediately expire if you ‘unsubscribe’ from our email communications. You have 18 months to earn your $50 credit as well as 18 months to spend it.
