How to Use
Bronzing Foam: For best results, start by exfoliating skin. Once skin is clean and dry, shake the Bronzing Foam well, apply onto the SELF Tanning Mitt and then spread evenly in long, sweeping motions. For a perfect, streak free tan start with your legs and work up the body, use sparingly on elbows and knees. Once desired colour depth is achieved, rinse off residual tan in lukewarm water and pat dry. Do not use soaps, scrubs, or shampoos. To extend the life of the tan moisturise with the SELF Gradual Tanning Body Butter.

For the perfect, streak free tan start with your legs and work up the body, use sparingly on elbows and knees. Wash hands immediately after use and allow to dry before dressing. Apply daily to build your desired glow and hydration levels
Hydrating Tanning Water: Spray over clean, bare skin, allow the mist to settle and then blend with the SELF Blending Brush for a seamless, even glow. Allow 5 minutes drying time before applying skincare products. Can be applied overnight or used under foundation and SPF for a flawless finish. Use every 2-3 days
